Dinosaurs Still Rule!

A lovely roaring start to the term with plenty of dinosaur songs and music. I was amazed at a little boy in Hartford recognising the Jurassic Theme Music and a little girl in Tarvin naming the dinosaurs!!! I have trouble reading and saying their names, never mind remembering them!! Well done all the little folk who came and had fun, especially at the 'Dinosaur Ball'. Looking forward to more dinosaur singing and moving next week.

Dinosaurs Rule!

'Roar!!' Rucks of Fun begins a new term, including a new venue... St John's Church Centre, Hartford. The theme for the next two weeks is 'Dinosaurs Rule!' We shall have some little, big, and massive dinosaurs to help us with our songs. We shall be doing lots of activities accompanied by dinosaur music, practising with the scraping instruments getting louder and quieter and seeing how loud we can roar!

Where did the pancake go?

Lots of fun scheduled for this final week of Spring Term 1. We shall be singing songs about pancakes, tossing pancakes in the parachute and guessing where the pancakes have landed! We shall be shaking the sparkly eggs to music as well as having a wibbly wobbly time, balancing some eggs! I think we will deserve a week off after all this excitement!

It's Chinese New Year - Gung Hey Fat Choy!

Chinese New Year is almost here again. Can't wait for Rucks of Fun this week... We shall be learning songs about Chinese New Year... with the dragons to help us of course. We shall be doing the dragon dance and learning some Chinese words. We shall be making music with the 'Boomwhackers' and many more activities - all accompanied by beautiful Chinese music. Mmmm I feel like having a take away tonight!
